Restore police powers to use force against looters & rioters

Additional Information

Given the appaling scenes that we've witnessed over the past 3 days in London and other major cities in England, it's time that the Home Office restored powers to senior police officers to authorise the use of force to protect peoples' homes, businesses & livelihoods. To include water cannon, tear gas, rubber bullets & other measures as they consider necessary.
