Review legal aid for mothers and fathers applying for child contact.
It is paramount for a child to have a meaningful relationship with a mother and a father. Many parents are unable to see there children not because they have done anything wrong or mistreated there child in anyway. They are blocked by there economic situation or inability to paye legal costs
