Review the decision to reject Virgin Trains in favour of First Group
It has just been announced that Virgin Trains have been unsuccessful in their bid for the West Coast Rail Franchise.
We, the customers and general public, would like a public review of this decision as we believe that it has been made on price with little consideration for the future service and the existing goodwill in the Virgin name.
