Revise the length of punishments handed out to offenders of animal cruelty
Get the courts to use the full power of their position.
Look at the evidence that could be your Child/Grandchild.
.Handing out £100 fines and suspended sentences DOESNT work . . If the crime was something like Fraud they would possibly be fined and do community service. Make them clean out kennels/ stables
If they committed Murder/GBH it would be a long prison sentence. Animals are living creatures and rely on organisations like the RSPCA to speak for them. So do your part for them too.
