Sirs,
After the recent riots in the UK, and the subsequent claims by the perpetrators that their Human Rights have been abused by being arrested for looting etc, does the government not think that it is time for this Act to be repealed altogether?
Surely it is the opinion of a vast majority of law abiding UK citizens that this act is only used by the law breaking community?
