Additional Information

We urge the Government to ammend the Human Rights Act to:-

1. establish that all British citizens have a
responsibility to:-

(i) accept the rule of British Law

(ii) cooperte with the police in maintaining law
and order

(iii) to accept punishment for being convicted of a
criminal act

(iv) (for parents) ensure that children do not
commit criminal acts.


2. establishes the right of the Police to:-
(i) take all reasonable steps to maintain law and
order and detain any citizen who they
suspect of law breaking

3. establish the right of teachers to establish discipline within schools and to punish any child, where there is sufficient evidence (on the balance of probabilties) that they have done wrong

4. prevent anyone bringing an action for breach of
human rights under (1) and (2) and (3)
