Riots 2011 establish curfews ,and allow water cannons.
Stronger action must be taken to restore law and order. The current powers of the the police are ineffective. Curfews should be established in riot areas for teenagers and young adults causing the problems. The offenders MUST see consequences for their actions. Water cannons should be allowed for crowd control.
