Rochdale Council's View on Christmas in Castleton
Rochdale Council forget Castleton when it comes to Christmas, All other districts within our borough get a lot more spent on Christmas Decorations, such as Street Lights, Illuminated Cribs and better standing Christmas Trees. We want the same illuminations as other districts within our borough.
