Scottish Independence Referendum

Additional Information

The UK Government must ensure that any future referendum on Scottish independence should require a vote by 51% of the Scottish electorate in favour of independence for it to be considered as the sovereign will of the Scottish people and independence should not be granted unless this figure is reached. The UK Government should only grant a future referendum under these conditions.
