scrap steps to work
I call for Steps to work to be cancelled for people who are unemployed.
It is ridiculous that people can hire and unemployed person for 8 weeks, use them and pick on them then dump them out the door for the unemployed to feel more worthless.
Employers make people believe they have a chance for a permanent job after the 8 weeks but in fact they don't!
Why not give the unemployed a month's training or 4 weeks for an actual qualifications!
It is against the law for people to work for anything less than the minimum wage, what makes unemployed people any different?
Their still a human being with human rights!!!
Surely this is illegal and it would also play with their mental health and confidence.
End this now and give unemployed people their human rights back!
