Scrap the TV license
In an ever changing world of entertainment the BBC fails to produce quality programming at a rate that reflects the price we the public pay. The TV license should be scraped as its not value for money. Also taking 6 month advanced payments from customers is wrong! They wouldn't give us 6 months free
