Sectarian violence in Pakistan against Shia. Does Anyone Care That Shia Are Being Relentlessly Murdered in Pakistan?

Additional Information

13 February 2015 Taliban militants have attacked worshippers at a Shia mosque in the Pakistani city of Peshawar with guns and grenades, killing at least 20.
Two weeks before, another attack on a Shia mosque in Sindh province's Shikarpur district left more than 60 people dead.
Over the past decade, Pakistan has experienced an increasing number of sectarian attacks.
According to the Human Rights Commission of Pakistan, over 700 Shia were killed in 2013 alone. More than 1,000 were injured in over 200 sectarian terrorist attacks in Pakistan.

Possible Action
The Foreign and Commonwealth Office is required to advise government in Pakistan to protect and respect minorities as a tactical step and to vet the education system and remove the growing interest and publications and public practices promoting sectarianism, hatred, and principles that are anti-humanitarian.
