Sentence rioters to clear up the damage they have caused and to assist businesses that they have impacted.
Sentence the rioters to help clear up the damage that they have caused. Further community work to include them helping those business that they have vandalised and / or looted.
Offenders to perform this community work in highly visible jackets or tabards that identify them as a convicted rioter.
