Set up a valid e-petition system
Following the disgraceful use of a three line whip on the vote for an EU referendum which effectively destroyed the validity of the entire e-petition system we urge the government to set up an e-petition system which not only guarantees discussion in the house of commons but also a free vote on any motion based upon that e-petition.
