100,000 signature petition to support a proposal submitted to the Government, by the Stacey Mowle Appeal, as to how the UK Government can support "real-time" UK Neuroblastoma relapse stage 4 sufferers upon referral to the US for treatment. Neuroblastoma sufferers conduct extensive fundraising and media campaigns to raise awareness & funding. Upon US referral the Government pay the outstanding funding balance. Government funding may not be required.
