Significantly Reduce Train Fares & Reverse the way fares are calculated
The Government encourages commuters to use public transport to get to work instead of using their cars. How can an 8% rise in train fares be justified in this economic climate? Commuters are being priced back in to their cars. Subsidise the fairs now, and re-think the formular which companies use to calculate the fair rises.
