Sound proofing compulsory for reneted properties!
With the rented market boom in the uk property market, owners and tennants are suffering from poor sound proofing constructions of properties in the UK causing untold levels of stress!
This petition is for Sound proofing to be compulsory for all reneted properties (pre 2003 build) along with the new insulation regulations coming into affect.
It is not right anyone should suffer indirectly due to noise pollution at any level! Espectially in this over populated country.
Noise pollution will affect everyone of us at some time in our lives and can cause absolute mysery.
