Speed bumps outside all schools
In light of harrowing new evidence of the number of school children being injured outside school gates and the fact that a 20 mph sign will not deter people unless there are speed cameras we should nationally change the way schools are passed and introduce speed bumps outside all schools to ensure drivers have to slow down.
