Stabilising and then reducing the population
Measures should be taken to both limit immigration and reduce the birth rate. Immigration should be greatly reduced and dependents of immigrant workers should be banned . Child allowance paid for only two children per family. Fathers with more than two children should pay extra taxes to pay for the extra resources needed. Single mothers under 18 years of age should have the children put up for adoption.
