Stop advertising civil service/government jobs in the national press and use internet and local press.

Additional Information

Why advertise jobs such as Admin assistants in expensive broadsheet papers when you get can free advertising on the the internet or in cheaper local papers.
Advertising in the job centre would be cheaper as well.
