Stop Charging children born in the UK £936 to register as British Citizens
Charging Children born in the UK £936 whilst their parents hadn't been granted settlement at the time of their birth to register as a British Citizen is against their fundamental human rights.Some parents with three children pay about £2,808 which is not right.
Home Office Master Fees Leaflet 2016-03-08( B(OTA), B(OS) EM MN1, S2 S3T) Child under 18 applying to register as a British citizen pay £936. **An additional £80 per applicant is required to cover the ceremony fee should the child turn 18 during the application process. This will be required at point of decision.
