Stop foreign aid and give the money to flood defences at home
Stop all foreign aid, and use the money for flood victims at home , and flood defences.
We give aid to flood victims everywhere no country or person has help to us or our victims.
Let India,China ,Pakistan give money towards their people here rather than us give money to other countries that have space programmes and spend more on defence than we do
