Stop foreign students taking GCSE's in the UK having a dictionary.
In the UK foreign students (e.g. Romanian and Slovakian), are aloud a dictionary during most GCSE exams. Giving a dictionary to foreign students where English is not their first language gives them an unfair advantage compared to students who speak English as a first language.
If a foreign student comes to the UK to take GCSE's they should be able to speak and write English fluently enough to not need a dictionary, otherwise they should not take GCSE's
