Stop members of Parliament expenses for normal living costs like food and travel
It is simply taking advantage for MP's to claim expenses for things that working citizens need to pay for from their income. MP's receive a very substantial wage to live on and should buy their own food and drink, pay for their own commute and bills just like everyone else does.
Enough is enough when school meals are cut for primary school children and government staff are being fed at tax payers expense.
Public services are being slashed, no wage rises for public service workers but MP's have given themselves wage increases!
This abuse of power must be stopped.
