Stop taxing carers allowance

Additional Information

I would like the government to look into making carer's allowance a non taxable income.
At the moment whilst a householder is in full time employment,the family receives full carer's allowance , but if a member of the family has to go onto benefits , the carer's allowance is taken into consideration as a taxable income and is taken off the benefits, this directly affects the carer and cared for at a time when they need it most.
Please make cares allowance a tax free income
