stop temporary employment encourage permanent employment
How can anyone build there future or their famillies when they have to live day to day in the work sector if you are a uk citizen born and bred here, young or old capeable of work you should be allowed to prove your worth in a reasonable time scale. After that the employer should either decide to give you a future with their company or find someone who can. This might help to reduce the amount of money agencies make out of their employees. On a health and safety issue it is safer to have an employee who has learnt the safety aspect of the company through habit rather than new recruits watchin slide shows and inductions. At least the said employee has a chance of earning a reasonable wage in the future not having agencies take the bigger cut of his or hers hard earned grafting.
