Stop the bulk processing of parking fines

Additional Information

We Demand the abolition of Bulk Processing of Parking Fine by Courts that public can not attend or make representation

Currently local authorities use a bulk processing courts to enforce issued Parking Fines.
They have no duty to accept any claim from an accused that a parking notice has been wrongly issued and they have up to six years in which to press their claim.
There is no access to these courts and such they violate several British and European Laws by denying the accused the right to a defense when Bulk Processing Courts will only accept a defense of 'an appeal was made but that no notice of a rejection was made and a plead of NOT GUILTY is not allowed
