Stop the disclosure of historical Criminal Convictions onto CRB Certificates.

This is to lobby the Department of Justice to examine how the disclosure of historical criminal convictions by the police onto CRB Certificates contravenes the Human Rights Act Ar. 8, the right to a private life The disclosure of such information affects the ability of the individual to "move on" with their life, significantly affecting future employment and career aspirations. The Government needs to consider whether the release of such information in many cases is really conducive to the HRA and to the continued rehabilitation of such individuals.
