stop the increase of 20 mph restrictions
Reducing the speed limits to 20 MPH causes more polution and therefor kills more people through lung problems. The reduction to 20 mph should not be applied to major roads. This is just another way for councils to make up for the reduction in Government Grants. Just use the drivers as a cash cow.
