Stop The Modification to Standard Vehicles Ban
We As car enthusiasts/Modifiers/Motorsport fans would like to gain the attention to the government, that the proposed new law to be put in place
"REGULATION OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL
on periodic roadworthiness tests for motor vehicles and their trailers and repealing Directive 2009/40/EC"
To keep this short brief and quick here are just but a few reasons against the proposal
- The economy will take a huge drop in revenue as result of aftermarket companies closing as no longer have a market
- Thousands of Jobs will be lost as a result, increasing the unemployment figure in the UK
-Tax May increase to pay the massive amount of bodies needed to enforce this law
- Millions of cars in the uk Would overnight become illegal/Void insurance
- Insurance providers would have to entire policies that are in place as of current, as these cars they have insured will be illegal
