Stop the monitoring of benefits spending.
Benefit payments are a lifeline. These payments are funded by the public as an insurance against misfortune. The monitoring of these subsistence payments is a gross misuse of public money and an abuse of the public trust. People are entitled to spend their benefits as they choose.
