Petition Action

Strikes on public transport networks should be made illegal

Additional Information

This petition requests that the Government makes it illegal for staff to withdraw labour that will affect key transport links within the UK and the areas covered by Transport For London.

The travelling public must not be held to ransom by militant unions who wish to prove a point by causing collateral damage to innocent people.

This specifically refers to any rail service run by National Rail, any service run by London Overground or any underground train run by London Underground or other Passenger Transport Executive within England, Scotland and Wales.
