Student Finance funding for Masters Degrees
'Student Finance' should cover all masters degrees, under the same organisations currently used for undergraduate degrees, or under a newly formed organisation(s) which also works though the tax system.
These should cover at least, all tuition fees for all those gaining a place on a masters degree course.
