Tell us if John Kerry used an expense account to buy chocolates for his wife, as our electeds are allowed to.
Surely, the yanks MUST be able to charge such purchases to the UK taxpayer, we seem to be liable for most of the spending going on anywhere on the planet - EXCEPT, OF COURSE, THAT OUR TAXPAYER POUNDS CAN NEVER BE SPENT ON THE TAXPAYERS OF THIS COUNTRY.
