Petition Action

That the TV licence fee is payment not fit for purpose under the Sale of Goods Act

Additional Information

The constant repeats, The excesses of personnel payments, wasteful expense accounts (eg a chauffeur to bring so called pundits to London for football analysis at a cost in excess of £1000 per trip!), the many useless radio stations, poor soaps (Eastenders is singularly responsible for the appalling drop in use of correct English) and the decision to televise only a few Formula 1 races whilst televising many football matches indicate that the BBC fails to meet its' obligations under the Sale of Goods Act and no Licence fee should be paid. Add to this the ridiculous expense in re locating staff reluctantly to Manchester as yet another wasteful decision. The licence fee should therefore be axed!
