The Big Issue should now be withdrawn
The Big Issue should now be withdrawn due to the systematic abuse by Romanians and Bulgarians being able to claim a full range of benefits after claiming to be self employed and abusing our benefit system.Otherwise by the end of this year our High streets are going to be awash with sellers.
