The closure of A&E in Hemel Hempstead has proven a failure - we need a new A&E.
Hemel Hempstead Hospital lost its A&E department in 2009. Health experts, politicians and the local community all warned against this scheme, and remain troubled by the results.
People signing this petition are not advocating a specific solution (e.g. a new hospital, or re-opening the old A&E).
