The creation of: a Goverment authorised, but independently run, anonymous to call, crime advice line for, anyone who is tempted to comit a crime.

Additional Information

A petition dedicated to creating a UK, legally protected, anonymous to call, crime advice line, for anyone (including concerned family and friends) who has or is thinking of committing a crime.
If such crime advice service to succeed, all crime-line conversations must have a legally protected confidentiality. Any adviser/negotiator taking part in any advice session, must be legally protected; against any criminal or civil prosecution, for refusing to disclose any details; about the caller or the crime, to any outside body, including the police or any past or intended victims of the crime.
