The English and Welsh should vote too. Q: do we want Scotland as part of the union?

Additional Information

The constitution of the Union affects us all, but only the Scottish are having their chance to vote on it. People in England and Wales should also be given a choice too.

We should hold a referendum within England, Wales and Northern Ireland. Question: Should Scotland become an independent country?

If the answer is a No vote then whatever the result of the referendum in Scotland should be respected. If the answer is a yes vote then Scotland would have to leave the union irrespective of the Scottish referendum result.
