The FA to provide a shortlist of 4 or 5 candidates for public online selection.
Recent choices by the Football Association of the England football team manager have been less than ideal & one of their three man panel openly admits 'he is not a football expert', this enhances my fear that the next choice, if left to the FA will again be less than ideal. Our fans deserve better!
By letting 'the people' decide the next manager, the new person in charge would enjoy the benefit of having the people behind him from the start - this can only benefit our national team, and increase our chances to succeed in future tournaments.
