Additional Information

We are asking the Government to agree to a Public Independent Inquiry into the UKBA / Home Office Immigration issues involving Gurkhas, Commonwealth service personnel and their families.
Especially with regards the clear failures and mistakes by UKBA / Home Office, also the mistreatment and abuse both Gurkhas and their Commonwealth fellow service personnel, as well as their families have and are all it seems being subjected too, totally wrongfully.
With present and past Ministers, civil servants and military officer’s, as well as victims and interested parties, military charities, lawyers etc, all allowed and requested to give evidence under oath before said Public Independent Inquiry. Along with those guilty of failures, mistakes, mistreatment and/or abuse, can be held legally accountable too.
Lastly the whole issue should Gurkhas / Commonwealth service personnel/families, be entitled to FREE BRITISH CITIZEN in return for their own military service too is reiewed.
