The law MUST be changed so that a life sentence means exactly that.
Richard Huckle. This man raped children from 6 months to 12 years. One girl from the age of 5 until 12. Filmed it. Shared it. Made money from it. Scored himself with 'paedo points'. Admitted 71 acts of abuse of 200+ babies and children. Given 22 life sentences. May serve 23 years. Is this justice?
