The Use of the NHS & Benefits System
A petition to restrict the use of the NHS and the benefits system including Legal Aid to those who satisfy all the following requirements 1) hold a British Passport and 2)are either born born in the UK or have paid UK taxes for 4 or more years.
This will restict those who benefit from the systems to those who have contributed . Currently even holidaymakers with travel insurance will be treated in hospital free as there is no mechanism in place to bill them.
