Third question about increased devolved power added to Scottish referendum paper

Additional Information

We would like to ask that that a third question be added to the referendum on Scottish independence.

The new referendum would give three choices:

1) Scottish independence

2) Increase in power devolved from Westminster to the Scottish Parliament.

3) No change

For example, with increased devolved power, the Scottish Parliament would have the option to remove the bedroom tax introduced by the Conservative government.
