Toll Free Travel for Widnes / Runcorn Residents on Jubilee Bridge when new mersey crossing opens
A new Bridge is to be built across the River Mersey, It will be a toll bridge, The existing Jubilee Bridge will also be a toll bridge. Many families are split between Runcorn and Widnes. The cost to keep in touch will be a worry to them.
The answer is to make the Jubilee Bridge toll free for residents of Widnes and Runcorn.
