Tougher laws for registering tattooists

Additional Information

There are too many tattooist getting registered in the Southend area that are doing very poor tattoos on people. The local council needs to be more selective about whom they allow to open a studio, looking at the studio and sterilisation equipment isn't enough, steps need to be taken to implement a better system which also looks at the applicants ability to tattoo to a certain standard.
