Petition Action

Transfer powers away from the EU Court of Human Rights to people instated by the British electorate

Additional Information

Ever wondered why European officials have any say in how justice is carried out in Great Britain? Would you prefer judicial powers to be transferred from the EU Court of Human Rights to people appointed by the general public? If the answer to either of those questions is yes, you MUST sign this petition. If enough of us sign, we can get the Government to remove this costly bureaucracy and keep legal processes democratic!

You can't sign this petition because it was rejected. But you can still comment on it here at Repetition.me!

This petition was rejected

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:

There's already a petition about this issue. We cannot accept a new petition when we already have one about a very similar issue.

You are more likely to get action on this issue if you sign and share a single petition.
