Tuition fees scottish students studying in England should be the same

Additional Information

Scottish university students, overall, pay less tuition fees compared to the rest of the UK. Even when scottish student come over to England to study, they pay less than what an average student would in the UK. Things should be made fair, and the scottish students should pay the same rate of tuition fees.
