UK should condemn Indian occupation of Kashmir. Resolve dispute as UNSC member.

Petition Details

UNSC has passed resolution giving Kashmiris right to self determination.The Indians have denied it for over 60 years.Indian forces have killed 50,000+ innocent Kashmiris. In the recent uprising, Indians have killed 100s, injuring 1000s blinded 100s of women, children and men using pellet bullets

UNSC Resolution Number 47. In a 1993 report, Human Rights Watch stated, Indian security forces assaulted civilians during search operations, tortured and executed detainees in custody and murdered civilians.Rape is used as a means to punish&humiliate communities. 2010 US state department report said, Indian army in Kashmir had carried out extrajudicial killings of civilians and are using Armed Forces Special Powers Act to avoid holding its forces responsible for the civilian deaths.
