Unpaid work for DSS benefit cheats
Courts should ensure that those found guilty of defrauding benefits and are instructed to do community service, must work the number of hours it would take to earn the defrauded money if working on national minimum wage. In addition to this they must still pay back the defrauded cash within a time frame no more than 5 years.
